CITYROW combines rowing intervals on sexy, water-based rowing machines with dynamic sculpting exercises for the perfect balance of cardio and strength training. Part-time select weekend coverage required.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).Able to receive and give performance feedback effectively.Superior communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and delegate when necessary.Passionate about fitness, wellness and living a healthy lifestyle.Business management experience in fitness, hospitality or wellness.Work with senior management to ensure all policies and procedures are properly implemented.Coordinate with any outside vendors when necessary (i.e.Handle any complaints or building issues.Respond to Closing Emails when necessary.Help oversee and process group/private bookings.Manage, prepare, and send any e-commerce orders.Submit weekly performance reports to the Manager/Owner.Perform ongoing maintenance on studio space and equipment as needed.Ensure cleanliness standards are met and maintained.Assist monitoring of studio expenses and revenues, and coordinate with Manager/Owner on optimizing profit/loss performance for studios.Manage inventory of studio supplies and sales of merchandise.Oversee daily operations of this studio.Focus on engaging with all guests, selling memberships, class packages, and product offerings.Resolve and attend to any client issues/requests.Serve as a resource to the Studio Team for any client related questions.Assist with holding monthly Studio Team meetings.Lead by example in all areas of communication, management, leadership, and service.Foster and develop a high-performing Studio Team by assisting in training and motivating all employees to provide the highest level of customer service.Coordinating seasonal studio decorations and window space maintenance.In studio chalkboard management/maintenance.

Ability to carry out studio promotions and events, if needed.Monitor class performance and communicate any schedule changes with the Studio Team.Assist with new hire paperwork and on-boarding.

Optimize and publish the Studio Team schedule.

Assist in planning and execution of all aspects of staffing for the studio, including recruitment, hiring, training, and termination as necessary.
